Austin Elliott

Austin is a cancer survivor, having contracted leukemia at age 5 and then into full remission at age 8. He found his passion at age 9 after driving a dirt fun kart at his uncle's 4th of July party. At age 10 he knew he wanted a career in racing and at age 14 is racing on a full schedule and working hard to learn all aspects of his sport. His Mom works all her spare time managing the details of the race team including taking care of all the details for the upcoming races, securing sponsorship money, ordering parts, and working on the kart alongside Austin. Austin is a full hands-on mechanic and tuner on his own kart for races and also off race time. He enjoys having his own shop at home where he works long hours before races at dismantling, cleaning, repairing parts, and building the kart back to race ready. He has lead input on tuning for race days and is hands-on. Austin is fortunate to have his extended family supporting him with funds to race, parts, labor, and encouragement.
